General Terms and Conditions

1. Scope

For any activity in the context of our interaction with you as the purchaser the following General Terms and Conditions are to be applied in the latest version at the time of the purchase.

2. Contract Conclusion

By clicking the “purchase” button, your order is sent to us. Once we have received your order, our confirmation of receipt will be sent to your e-mail address within 7 days of your order. The confirmation of receipt contains the details of your purchase. The purchase agreement has then been concluded.

3. Prices and shipping costs

3.1. All prices contain the value-added tax

3.2. In addition to the commodity price we charge the shipping costs for the delivery. For further details we kindly ask you to have a look at the table explaining the calculation of "shipping costs" in the "Ordering Information".

4. Payment terms

4.1. Payment is to be made in advance either by bank transfer or cash.

4.2. You are eligible for compensation only if your counterclaim is legally confirmed, indisputable or acknowledged by us in written form.

4.3. You can only exercise your right of retention if your claims result from the same contractual relationship.

5. Right to Return the Products

You have full right to return the products within 4 weeks of receipt. Please contact us in written form (that includes e-mails). If the value of your purchase exceeds 40€ we will refund the shipping costs.

The right to return the products described above shall not apply to contracts for audio/software products (CD, DVD etc.) if the seals of the supplied data media have been broken. The seal shall also be deemed broken if the cellophane wrapper has been opened.
